Shooting condemned by Mexico Mexican officials from San Diego to Mexico City yesterday condemned the fatal shooting of a teenager by a U.S. Border Patrol agent and announced a homicide investigation into the migrant's death. Minneapolis sex criminal deported to Mexico A convicted kidnapper who sexually attacked a woman in Minneapolis five years ago was deported to Mexico this past week, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Bloomington said today.
